INGREDIENTS: WATER, HEMP SEED, PEA PROTEIN, BROWN RICE, SEASONING (SALT, GARLIC, ONION, BROWN SUGAR, CANE SUGAR, NATURAL FLAVOR, VEGAN WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE [VINEGAR, MOLASSES, SALT, CARAMEL, COLOR, GARLIC POWDER, SUGAR, SPICES, TAMARIND, NATURAL FLAVOR], SPICE, TORULA YEAST), POTATO STARCH, SUNFLOWER OIL, METHYCELLULOSE, NATURAL GRILL FLAVOR, OIL SOLUBLE GREEN TEA EXTRACT.

Cooking Instructions

Cook at medium-low setting in a skillet, grilled, baked or fried.

May be cooked frozen but it is best to cook H.E.M.P. Foods thawed.

Both have limited shrink and are pre-cooked for ease of preparation.

Thawed: cook about 6 minutes, flip frequently.
Frozen: cook 8-9 minutes, flip frequently.
